Doctor Pre, is a spiritual being of light, holistic mental health/wellness practitioner, trained as a licensed clinical social worker, psychologist, dance/movement therapist, yogi, reiki energy healer, natural born spiritual medium and healer, who is committed to promoting culturally responsive and conscious healing. She holds a PhD in psychology, a Master of Science in social work, a Bachelor of Arts in honors in psychology and is a certified reiki master. Doctor Pre is a natural born spiritual medium who has trained in a range of holistic and mindfulness-based healing modalities which include but is not limited to dance/movement therapy, sound healing, yoga, Ayurveda, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), tarot card readings, crystal healing, chakra balancing and reiki energy healing. She is committed to providing culturally responsive treatment that validates and supports the lived experiences of Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC). As a complex and intergenerational trauma expert, her goal is to help her clients heal holistically from emotional wounds, transform pain into purpose, raise their vibrational frequency and evolve into the most authentic and realized versions of themselves. Through the use of alternative and creative approaches to healing, she is able to get to the core of challenges and help others to awaken the healer within themselves. 

Doctor Pre enjoys teaching others how to ELEVATE their VIBE! This means raising your vibration, self-actualizing, reaching your full potential and evolving into the person you are at the core unapologetically as as often as you need to. She has a Youtube channel dedicated to promoting healing and holistic wellness. Doctor Pre is the founder of Vibrate Higher + Evolve, an organization committed to showing up for Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) across the globe in a major way as it pertains to mental health and holistic wellness through advocacy, fundraising, education, mentorship, beauty, vibe-care, fashion and the performing arts.
