Energy Healing:
Energy healing is a holistic practice that aims to promote balance and well-being by working with the subtle energy systems within the body. It’s based on the concept that everything, including humans, is made up of energy, and disruptions or imbalances in this energy can lead to physical, emotional, and spiritual issues. Energy healing modalities seek to restore harmony and vitality to these energy systems.
Rooted in ayurvedic tradition, chakra means wheel or disc and can be thought of as the body’s subtle energy. They are energy centers within the body that correspond to nerves, organs and areas of our energetic bodies. Although we have over 100 chakras, there are 7 main chakras. Chakras are vital to our holistic wellness, which is why keeping them in alignment is critical to our ability to thrive. Having an understanding of chakras is beneficial to unlocking your potential to be your own self healer. The aura, on the other hand, healing is a practice rooted in various spiritual and metaphysical belief systems that involves working with the “aura,” which is believed to be an energy field that surrounds and permeates the physical body. This concept is particularly prevalent in Eastern spiritual traditions, New Age spirituality, and holistic healing approaches. The idea behind aura healing is that imbalances or disturbances in a person’s aura can lead to physical, emotional, or spiritual issues, and by addressing these imbalances, healing can occur.
